2.Information we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, submission time, the form you used, and any available referral page or campaign tags. When you apply to partner, we collect your name, email, business or professional name, optional website, chosen program, offer description, and acknowledgment of our terms.

Our servers and hosting services may process connection information such as IP address, browser information, and request logs to deliver the website, diagnose errors, and prevent abuse. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your application.

3.How we use it

We use waitlist information to manage the list and send membership opening dates, invitations, and related updates. We use partner applications to assess your offer, contact you, and arrange an approved partnership. We also use information to operate and protect the site and meet legal obligations.

Applying to partner does not sign you up for the membership mailing list. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-site advertising.

4.Service providers and sharing

We use Supabase to store signup and application information. Our hosting and communications providers process information needed to run the site and respond to you. Access is limited to people and providers who need it for these purposes.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer with applicable privacy protections. We do not give partners access to the waitlist or permission to contact members without their consent.

5.Storage and retention

Information is processed in the United States, including our Supabase database in the US West region. We retain information as needed to manage your signup, review an application, maintain an active relationship, or meet legal and recordkeeping obligations. You can request deletion by email.

We use access controls and server-side processing to help protect submissions. No website or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

6.Your choices

Email hello@goodgirlsgather.com to request access, correction, deletion, or removal from the waitlist. You can also ask us to stop sending promotional messages. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Where applicable, you may have additional rights under the privacy laws where you live, including the right to complain to a regulator.

7.Children

This website and community are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can address it.
